3. Central FSSAI License

- Mandatory for:
- Businesses involved in food exports and imports.
- Companies operating in multiple states.
- E-commerce food operators (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon).

- Food storage units with significant capacity.

- Issued by the Central Authority under FSSAI.
