Address and Location Proof

• Utility bill like electricity or property tax bill for proof of business address
  
• Rent agreement if the premises are rented, along with NOC from the landlord
  
• Ownership document if premises are self-owned
  
• For shared premises, consent letter from the owner is accepted
  
• Multiple business locations require individual documentation
  

Bank and Financial Details

• Scanned copy of a canceled cheque with pre-printed name or bank passbook
  
• Bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name are needed
  
• The account must be in the name of the business or proprietor
  
• Statements may be required as part of KYC verification
  
• Accurate bank details ensure prompt refund and return filing
  

Digital and Verification Requirements

• Digital signature certificate (DSC) for companies and LLPs is mandatory
  
• Aadhaar-based electronic verification for sole proprietors and individuals
  
• TRN (Temporary Reference Number) must be used to track application
  
• All documents must be uploaded in JPEG or PDF format as per specifications
  
• Final submission is completed upon OTP or e-sign verification
