Refund Policy

Hello Auditor is committed to providing professional services with transparency and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request refunds, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, ensuring that contractual obligations are clear and enforceable.

1. Scope of Refunds

Refunds are considered only for services that have not yet been initiated or cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to Hello Auditor. Services include, but are not limited to:

Business formation and registration

Statutory compliance filings

$

Auditing and ISO certification advisory

Licensing and certification guidance

All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are subject to verification of eligibility.

Example:
If a client submits a service request for company registration but the process has not started, a refund may be granted. Once statutory filings are initiated or submitted, refunds are not permissible.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature, statutory obligations, or third-party costs:

Fees already submitted to regulatory authorities such as MCA, GSTN, or ISO certification bodies

Partially completed services or services in progress

Custom consultations or professional advice delivered to the client

As per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, payments for services rendered or statutory submissions completed are binding and cannot be reversed unilaterally.

Example:
GST registration fees submitted to the GST portal cannot be refunded even if a client cancels the request after submission.

3. Refund Request Process

Clients seeking a refund must submit a formal request via email or contact form, providing:

Hello Auditor will review the request, verify eligibility, and respond within 7–15 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Example:
A client requesting a refund for a canceled ISO certification consultation must provide payment receipt and cancellation details.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where services are partially delivered or administrative efforts have been incurred, Hello Auditor reserves the right to provide a partial refund, deducting expenses already incurred.

Example:
If legal documentation has been prepared for company formation, but filing is not completed, the refund will exclude preparatory costs.

5. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes are handled in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are subject to resolution under the jurisdiction of the Tamil Nadu courts. Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns promptly to facilitate resolution.
