• Keep scanned ID and address proof ready for DSC application

Step 2: Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)

• File Form DIR-3 for DIN allotment through MCA portal

• Provide partner details like name, PAN, and address

• Attach ID proof, address proof, and photo with the form

• Verify digitally using DSC of a practicing professional if required

• DIN is mandatory for individuals to be designated partners

Step 3: Name Reservation through RUN-LLP

• Use the “RUN-LLP” (Reserve Unique Name) service on MCA portal

• Propose one or two unique names relevant to the business

• MCA checks for name availability and trademark conflict

• Approved name is reserved for 3 months for LLP registration

• Attach relevant documents if required during submission

Step 4: File Incorporation Form FiLLiP

• PAN and TAN can be applied within FiLLiP form itself

• Pay government fees based on contribution slab through MCA portal

Step 5: Execute and File LLP Agreement
