What are the MCA services available for LLP?
Incorporation and Name Services
- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) offers LLP incorporation through Form FiLLiP on its portal
- RUN-LLP (Reserve Unique Name) service allows name reservation for proposed LLPs
- The portal provides automated checks for name availability and trademark conflicts
- A Certificate of Incorporation is issued digitally after successful verification
- Integration with PAN and TAN allotment is also available during incorporation
Filing and Compliance Services
- LLPs can file statutory forms such as Form 11 (Annual Return) and Form 8 (Statement of Accounts)
- Event-based filings like Form 3 (LLP Agreement), Form 4 (Partner changes), and Form 15 (Office address change) are available
- Forms must be submitted electronically using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
- The portal supports payment of ROC fees, stamp duties, and additional charges
- Filing status and history are accessible through the LLP’s Master Data
Master Data and Public Inspection
- MCA provides a Master Data search to view LLP details such as registration number, status, and compliance history

- Master Data includes links to the filing history, charges, and returns

- Registered professionals (CA, CS, CMA) can use their Login IDs to file on behalf of LLPs

Closure and Strike-Off Services
- MCA allows voluntary closure through Form 24 (Application for strike-off)

- Closure-related documents such as indemnity bonds, affidavits, and statements can be submitted digitally
