Based on Contribution Slab
• LLPs with contribution up to ₹1 lakh pay ₹50 per form
• Contribution between ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakhs attracts ₹100
• For ₹5 lakhs to ₹10 lakhs the fee is ₹150 per form
• Between ₹10 lakhs and ₹25 lakhs the fee is ₹200
• Above ₹25 lakhs contribution the filing fee is ₹300

• Form 3 (LLP Agreement) filing fee depends on capital slab
• Form 4 (Change in Partner) follows the same fee structure
• Form 8 (Statement of Account and Solvency) is ₹50 to ₹300
• Form 11 (Annual Return) also ranges from ₹50 to ₹300
• Form 15 (Change of Registered Office) is charged similarly
Additional Fees for Delayed Filing
• ₹100 per day is charged as additional fee for each delayed form
• No upper limit on late filing penalty under the LLP Act
• Delay counts from due date till actual filing date
• Late fee applies to each form individually without exception
• Timely filing helps avoid heavy financial penalties
Mode of Payment
• Payment is done online through MCA portal using credit/debit card or net banking
• Challan is generated after successful payment for reference
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) must be attached for verification
• Keep SRN and payment receipt for compliance records
• Fees are non-refundable once the form is submitted
Fee Exemptions or Concessions
• No special fee exemptions provided for small or startup LLPs
• Government schemes may offer rebates on other registrations, not e-form fees
• Concession available only for select educational or charitable LLPs if permitted
• All other LLPs must pay prescribed fees as per contribution
