- At the time of successful registration, ESIC sends a confirmation email.
- This email includes the 17-digit registration code and activation details.
- The email serves as proof of registration being approved.
- Search your email inbox using keywords like ESIC registration or employer code.
- Save the email for future reference and compliance proof.
Accessing Registration Certificate
- After login, navigate to the downloads or certificate section.
- Click on the option to download the registration intimation or certificate.
- The downloaded file confirms your status as a registered employer.
- It includes employer code, establishment name, and activation date.
- This certificate is useful for inspections or contractor verification.
Verifying with Regional Office
- If online access is unavailable, contact the nearest ESIC regional office.
- Provide your application number or business PAN for verification.
- The office can confirm whether your application is approved or pending.
- In case of delay, you may be asked to submit documents again.
- Keep acknowledgement receipts or reference numbers ready during inquiry.
When Registration Is Not Yet Approved
- If no code is issued, the application is either pending or incomplete.
- Check for any errors in form submission or missing documents.
- Use the portal’s grievance section to raise a support request.
- Delay in approval can be resolved by contacting the regional officer.
