- Use the link www.tin-nsdl.com to access TAN-related services
- Navigate to the section for reprinting TAN allotment letter
- This feature is available for deductors who already have a TAN
- No login is required to access the reprint facility
Filling Required Information
- Enter the 10-digit TAN or 14-digit acknowledgment number
- Provide the deductor’s full name as per the original application
- Enter the date of birth or date of incorporation for verification
- Fill in the CAPTCHA code to proceed
- Submit the form to retrieve the TAN allotment letter
Downloading the TAN Allotment Letter
- The system displays the TAN allotment letter in PDF format
- Download and save the letter to your computer or mobile device
- The document contains your TAN and official approval details
- It serves as valid proof of TAN registration
- You can use this file for future TDS or TCS compliance
