Government Filing Fees
- The government fee for SPICe+ (INC-32) form filing depends on the company’s authorized capital.
- For authorized capital up to ₹1 lakh, the government fee is exempt.
- For capital above ₹1 lakh, a nominal fee is charged based on slab rates (e.g., ₹200 to ₹600).
- Filing of e-MoA (INC-33) and e-AoA (INC-34) may attract additional nominal fees.
- The stamp duty varies by state and is applied to MoA, AoA, and SPICe+ forms.
Professional Service Charges
- OPC registration typically involves services from Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, or CMAs.
- Professional fees may range between ₹3,000 to ₹8,000, depending on the provider and package.
- Services generally include DSC application, DIN application, name approval, document drafting, and form filing.
- Some online platforms offer bundled packages inclusive of compliance support.
- These charges are optional if self-filing is done, but professional assistance is recommended.
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Charges
- A Class 3 DSC is required for the member/director to sign forms digitally.
- DSC charges typically range from ₹800 to ₹1,500 for a validity of 1 to 2 years.
- Only one DSC is required in most cases since the member is also the director.
- The certificate must be issued by a licensed Certifying Authority.
Director Identification Number (DIN) Fees
- No separate fee is charged for DIN if applied through the SPICe+ (INC-32) form.
- DIN allotment is included in the company incorporation process.
- Additional DINs (if multiple directors are added) are subject to separate fees only when applied outside SPICe+.
Additional Costs (Optional or Situational)
- GST registration, if required, can be done free with Form AGILE-PRO-S.
- PAN and TAN applications are included in SPICe+ without additional charges.
- If a name resubmission is required after rejection, an additional fee may apply.
- Notarization and printing of documents may incur minor operational expenses.
