  • It must be digitally signed and attached to the incorporation documents.

5. NDH-1 – Post-Incorporation Declaration

  • NDH-1 is filed within 90 days from the date of incorporation.
  • It declares that the company meets the minimum of 200 members and ₹10 lakh Net Owned Fund requirements.
  • The form must be certified by a practicing CA, CS, or CMA.
  • Filing NDH-1 confirms the operational status of the company as a Nidhi.
  • If the conditions are not met, the company must file NDH-2 to request an extension.
