Documents for Partners
- A PAN card is required for all Indian partners as identity proof.f
- A passport is mandatory for foreign nationals acting as partners.
- Address proof such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license, or utility bill
- Recent passport-size photographs of all partners
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for each designated partner
Proof for Registered Office
- Address proof of the LLP’s registered office, such as a utility bill or a rent agreement.t
- No-objection certificate (NOC) from the property owner if the office is rented
- Ownership document or sale deed if the office space is self-owned
- Proof must not be older than two months from the date of application.
- The address must match the one declared in the incorporation form.
Identity Verification Requirements
- All documents must be self-attested by partners.
- Foreign nationals must have documents notarized and apostilled, or consularized
- Ensure consistency in name, spelling, and address across all documents
- Email ID and mobile number for OTP verification on the MCA portal
- Documents should be legible, recent, and properly scanned
LLP Agreement-Related Documents
- Drafted LLP Agreement signed by all partners
- The agreement must be printed on non-judicial stamp paper as per applicable state law
- The stamp duty value depends on the capital contribution of the LLP
- Include clauses related to capital, profit sharing, rights, and obligations
- The signed agreement must be filed with Form 3 within 30 days of incorporation
Additional Documents for Filing
- Consent letters from designated partners in the prescribed format
- Subscriber sheet and declaration for incorporation
- Professional certification by a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or Cost Accountant
- Form FiLLiP with all required attachments for incorporation
