Rules and Regulations
This document defines the internal governance, rights, duties, and operational procedures of the society. It ensures transparency and organized administration.

- Covers procedures for financial management and audits

Identity and Address Proof
Founding members must provide valid identity and address proof to authenticate their participation. These documents establish credibility and legal compliance.
- Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or voter ID of all members
- Address proof, such as a utility bill or rental agreement for the office
- No-objection certificate from the landlord, if rented premises
- Passport-size photographs of all members
- Residence proof of the society’s registered office
Affidavit and Declaration
Legal declarations are required to confirm the authenticity of information and the non-profit nature of the society. These are signed before a notary or magistrate.
- Affidavit stating the society is formed for lawful purposes
- Declaration that members are not associated with unlawful activities
- No-objection certificate from the society name usage, if needed
- Statement of acceptance of society rules by all members
- Confirmation of responsibility by key office bearers
Registration Application and Fees
A formal application is submitted to the Registrar of Societies along with the required documents and prescribed fee. This is the final step to initiate legal registration.
